Nutrition and Diabetes Management

Having a healthy balanced diet is essential for diabetes management and optimal glycaemia control. Dietician/Diabetes Educator Russell, who consults from the Centre, can provide his patients with expert dietary advice to help control blood glucose (sugar) levels and achieve a healthy weight.
